Summer Party 2024

We are holding our Summer Party on Friday 7th June 2024 starting at 6:00 pm and this year we are trying a new venue: The Creek restaurant at Haslar Marina. The Creek will closed to the public on the night and only open to Club Members and Haslar berth holders attending the Club Party. We are inviting non-Club berth holders so they can come along and see who we are and what we do in the hope that they will join the Club.
The theme for the evening is "Bright Shirts and Skirts" so let's see lots of outrageous and fun Hawaiian shirts and skirts!
The Creek bar will be open from 6:00 pm and they will be laying on a cold buffet for us, starting at 7:30 pm. Entertainment will be provided by HYC member Derrick Ince so be prepared to dance and have a great time!
If you wish to invite non-Club / non-berth holder guests you are very welcome, the more the merrier we say!
Haslar Marina berth holders (i.e. non-Club members): to order your tickets you will first need to create an account, please click on "create an account now" at the bottom of the website page. This will ask for details such as your email address and phone number so that we can stay in touch with you. Once you have ordered your tickets you will need to make a BACS bank transfer to pay for your tickets, the bank sort code and account number will be displayed as part of the purchasing process. If you need any help with booking you can ask at the Marina office. Sorry, the Club does not accept payment by credit card.
HYC Club members: You can order your tickets once you are logged in (we already have your details of course). You then have to pay by making a BACS bank transfer to the Club's bank, details will be displayed as part of the puchasing process.
In both cases you will not be issued with a physical ticket: instead your names will be added to a list and you will be checked in as you arrive at The Creek and issued with a token to get a welcome drink from the bar.
The buffet will be served at 7:30 pm and once the meal has finished and been cleared away the dance area will be available for those who like to have fun and "strut their stuff"!
Ticket prices are £27.00 for Club members and Haslar berth holders and £30.00 for non-member/non-berth holder guests.
