Planning meeting for Cross Channel Cruise in Company Rally, Friday 15th May

This is a "save the date" notice and more details will be added later.

For those interested in the Cross Channel Cruise, planned for circa 12th to 21st June, this is a pre-cruise planning meeting to discuss options, approach, routes, departure times, tidal considerations, entry requirements and probably many other aspects.

The meeting will take place in the Conference Room at the Haslar Marina office. Please use the labelled entrance door at the back of the office building, on the path that leads down to the marina gate.

The itinerary for the evening is:

      18:00                  Social meet-up at The Creek for drinks / meals at member's own cost

      19:00 to 21:00    Planning meeting in the Conference Room, Haslar Marina office      

      18:00 - 23:00      The Creek bar open throughout evening
