Chichester Harbour Rally 2026 Provisional

Chichester Harbour Rally 9th to 12th Sept 2026

We have had a number of very successful rallies to Chichester but have not, so far, used the new walk-ashore pontoon at Itchenor. This rally will start with 1 night at Itchenor on Wednesday 9th where some rafting up is to be expected, then move on to Chichester Marina for 1 night on Thursday 10th, followed by 1 night at anchor off East Head on Friday 11th before heading home on Saturday 12th.

More details will be made available in the future but we hope to book The Ship in Itchenor on Wednesday evening and the Sailing Club at Chichester Marina on Thursday evening.  The Ship is a dog-friendly pub for those who like to bring their furry friends! We will appoint a Rally Lead to assist and help with bookings nearer the time.

With HW Portsmouth being 11:01 BST on 9th you could make an early start if you want to use a favourable tide. Once you are safely tied up you can relax in one the best natural harbours in the world!  

A Rally Lead will be available to help with questions and bookings, and there are a number of other roles (see Duty Roster below) where we need volunteers to help make the rally more enjoyable. We suggest monitoring on Ch11 (Portsmouth Harbour) and Chichester Harbour Patrol Team on Ch 14 as appropriate together with Channel 16.
