Chichester Spring Bank Holiday Rally

Chichester Harbour is possibly the most beautiful natural harbour on the south coast of England and even though it is technically outside The Solent it is still within easy reach of our home at Haslar.

There are many inlets, channels and quiet anchorages to explore and you may want to go early or stay late to enjoy these. We are booked into Chichester Marina which is within easy reach of the historic city itself as well as having plenty of useful facilities including Chichester Yacht Club where we will be meeting for dinner on the Saturday evening.

A lead boat will be available to help and assist where possible. Entrance to the harbour is fairly straightforward once care is taken getting over the bar and the tide conditions over The Winner have been taken into account.

HW Portsmouth is at 04:16 BST on the Saturday morning which should favour a morning passage to this beautiful harbour.
