Frostbite Rally to East Cowes IOW

Time to get the thermals out and the frost off the boats for the first cruising event of 2013

Whether you are keen to sail or motor to the IOW, come and join your fellow members out on the water.

We're booked into East Cowes Marina and dinner is arranged at the Island Sailing Club. As usual the water taxi will be booked to take us to/from the ISC pontoon.

For those people arriving on the Friday, we'll meet for drinks on the Lightship at around 1930 and then plan to set off at around midday with the W going tide (HW Portsmouth is 14.04UT 4.6m, 3 days after high springs)

We will be using VHF Channel 77 as an inter-club frequency for the weekend although monitoring on Ch11 (Portsmouth Harbour) and Channel 12 (Southampton VTS) as appropriate together with Channel 16 is advised.
