Northney Marina, Chichester Harbour Rally
We love Chichester Harbour and you can understand why with so many different locations to explore. This year we are heading to Northney Marina in the north west corner of the harbour. On the trip up, between Hayling Island and Thorney Island, keep your eyes open on the muddy shore line as you can often spot seals basking in the sun!
If the weather allows we will hold a pontoon party at 17:30 or on board the boats if it's inclement. After that we will arrange an American Supper (shared meal) on board the boats, or a safari supper where we have different courses on different boats. More details nearer the time.
Please call the Marina on Ch 80 as you approach for berthing instructions. A lead boat will be available to help and advise. We will be using VHF Channel 77 as an inter-club frequency for the weekend although monitoring on Ch11 (Portsmouth Harbour) and Ch 14 (Chichester Harbour) as appropriate together with Channel 16 is advised.
