RYA First Aid Course/RYA VHF Course 22nd & 23rd January 2011

The courses took place in our usual club room on board the Mary Mouse II Lightship over the weekend. Barbara and Steve White were the course tutors for First Aid and VHF respectively and brought their wealth of experience into the classroom. With Barbara's knowledge and skills from both her time as a health professional and 000's sea miles she was able to bring the subject alive with her personal recollections. Equally, Steve's experience as a Royal Navy Officer and his own sailing knowledge enabled a similar approach on Sundays VHF course.

Added to the very competitive course prices this made for a successful weekend.
