Easter Rally at The Royal Lymington Yacht Club. Friday 15 Sunday 17 April 2022 We couldn't have asked for better weather for the Easter Rally at Lymington berthing at Berthon Marina. It was a 2/3 day event and 9 boats pitched up for the get together with 22 on-board for the weekend festivities.  As always, there were a few last minute changes to the names list

Easter Rally to Lymington April 2022 (1)

Easter Rally in the Spring sunshine..............this felt more like summer! What a great Easter cruise to Lymington Berthon Marina. The unseasonal weather spoilt us with warm sunshine and very light winds, resulting in our engines doing all the work. We left Haslar at mid-morning to take maximum advantage of the ebb tide and enjoyed a lovely sail even though the wind dropped to almost nothing a couple of times. This usually coincided with the crew saying things like "we've come to complete stop" or "no boat speed at all" but of

  • Lymington Rally 28-30th May 2016

This was our first ever venture to the Dan Bran Pontoon, an excellent location for a rally, just north of the entrance to Lymington Yacht Haven. This long pontoon is owned and run by the Lymington Harbour authority. It is connected to shore with water and power and offers a superb view of the river (albeit with the corresponding wash from the many vessels during the day). The weather
